Rates & billing information
A simple structure for outstanding services
We have set our rates at appropriate levels to ensure that we are able to deliver professional services carried out by an appropriately skilled and experienced team at fair and reasonable prices. All of our clients are billed on the same basis for standard service contracts.
The rates shown below are per the hour.
For one off projects we are also able to quote on a per-project basis.
Tier 1 | Administration – £25
This covers most basic services offered by the Cottage Office that do not fall into the higher tier brackets, including services such as:
- PA support
- Diary management
- Bookkeeping
Tier 2 | Design – £30
This covers all graphic design services, including design used in:
- Websites
- Social media & internet marketing material
- Business stationery (letterheads, business cards etc)
- Other marketing material
Tier 3 | Technical – £35
This covers all specialist services including:
- Complex Excel spreadsheet design
- Business system design, setup and implementation
- Internet & social media marketing services
- Copy writing and content creation services
Tier 4 | Coaching & mentoring – £55
This includes all time spent working with you to devise appropriate business and/or marketing strategies, and coaching to help you stay focused and on track with your own business goals.
Tier 5 | Consulting & business management – £65
This covers our consultancy services for both remote and on-site support.
Trudy also offers her time to a select few clients to take on the role of business manager.
Billing
All time worked on your account is tracked to the minute and is billed in 15 minute increments.
Invoices are raised twice per month on the 15th and 30th of each month.
